Local simulation and settings

Relax with Chaos calculates its simulations on your device. Appearance, motion, and setup preferences are stored locally. The app does not require a Soondouq Labs account and includes no advertising or app-usage analytics service. Simulation activity and preferences are not uploaded to a Soondouq Labs server.

Google Play purchases

The Google Play edition uses Google Play Billing for the optional one-time Chaos Collection purchase, ownership checks, and restoration. Google processes purchase and related service data under its own privacy policy and terms. Billing communicates with Google Play and requires connectivity, even though the simulation runs locally. The app stores a signed purchase receipt and verified ownership status locally to remember access. Soondouq Labs does not receive your payment card details through the app.

Amazon edition

The paid Amazon edition includes all nine systems and does not include the Google Play Billing SDK or an in-app purchase flow. Amazon handles the app purchase and related account or payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Images you save or share

Scene captures are temporarily stored in the app’s cache. The app shares an image through the destination you choose, granting that destination access to the selected image. PNG exports are saved to a location you select. Saved and shared copies are handled by you and the receiving app or service under its own policies; they are not automatically sent to Soondouq Labs.

Backup, retention, and deletion

Automatic Android app backup and device transfer are disabled by the app’s configuration. Preferences are stored locally until changed, cleared, or removed with the app. In the Google Play edition, cached purchase information may also be updated or cleared following an ownership check. Temporary shared images may be removed by cache cleanup, including cleanup of older images when another image is shared. You can remove local app data through your device settings or by uninstalling. Delete exported or shared copies separately. Removing local app data does not erase a marketplace’s purchase records or revoke store ownership.

External services and links

Your operating system, app marketplace, sharing destinations, and websites you choose to open handle information under their own policies. The embedded YouTube preview on this website is provided by YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player. Loading or playing it may allow YouTube to process information under its own policies. This is separate from the app’s local simulation. Website use and support correspondence are described separately below.

Children’s information

The app does not ask users to submit personal information or create an account with Soondouq Labs. If a child sends personal information to us by email, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion.

Updates

We will update this policy if the app’s information practices change and provide any additional notice required by law.

We receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send to info@soondouq.com or support@soondouq.com. We use them to respond to your question or support request. Email providers handle delivery and storage.

Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information. For privacy questions or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, email support@soondouq.com.
